Solution
To quit smoking you need to spend some to realize that you really do not need them to be happy; that you were programmed, brainwashed into thinking that you could not be happy or could not live without them.
You cling to smoking now because of the false belief that it is necessary for your happiness.
Say to your cigarettes now:
‘I am not really attached to you at all. I am merely deluding myself into the BELIEF that without you I will not be happy’.
Just do this honestly and see the change that comes about within you;
Say again: ‘I am not really attached to you at all. I have merely cheated myself into the BELIEF that without you I will not be happy’.
