Your absolute decision to quit.

Read Lesson 7 again on the 'Power of Decision' before you do this.

Then tell your family and friends about it.

Go onto your Facebook page or your Twitter page and let everybody know that you are NOW a NON-SMOKER.

This shows that you are now commited to really stopping. You have made that binding decision.
